CAREERS

There's no paid team yet.

Valori is a solo project right now. This page isn't a jobs board — it's an honest invitation for people who want to build something real before there's funding to pay for it.

I'm not going to pretend there are open, salaried positions. There aren't. What I can offer is real, hard, interesting infrastructure work — and a genuine seat at the table as things grow.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

Unpaid, by choice, until it isn't

If you contribute meaningfully — code, design, docs, early user feedback loops — before Valori has revenue or funding, that's a real contribution and it will be treated as one. That could mean equity, a credited role, or a paid position later, depending on what's possible at the time. I won't overpromise a number or a title today.

This is for people motivated by the problem itself: deterministic memory infrastructure for AI. If that doesn't excite you on its own, this probably isn't the right fit yet — and that's fine.

WHERE HELP WOULD MATTER MOST

A few areas, not an exhaustive list

  • Systems engineering — Rust, storage engines, consensus, or anything close to valori-kernel.
  • Frontend / DX — the dashboard, docs, and SDKs, in TypeScript/Next.js.
  • Open-source contribution — issues, tests, and small fixes on the Valori Kernel repository are genuinely useful, no conversation required first.
  • Early feedback — using Valori for a real problem and telling me honestly what's broken is its own kind of contribution.

There's no formal application, interview loop, or job description to apply against yet. If you want to help, the easiest path is to open a pull request, or send a short note about what you'd want to work on.
